Three hundred flanges, normalised batch by batch
A district heating grid extension needed flanges from DN 300 to DN 800 with impact values proven for every heat.
We forged the flanges, normalised them in batches in furnaces surveyed to AMS 2750 and machined them to EN 1092-1. Batch charts and impact results were issued per heat.
