CNC machine cutting a part

CNCmachining.

Steel bar in a lathe chuck under a cutting tool

Finished to ±0.01 mm and measured before packing

5-axis milling and turning up to 4 m, measured on CMM in a climate-controlled room before anything is packed.

Rough machining happens before heat treatment and finishing after it, on the same schedule, so distortion is machined out rather than argued about. Programs are written from your STEP model and checked against the drawing.

Every finished part is measured in a 20 °C room, and the CMM report goes into the same dossier as the melt and heat-treatment records.
