Sparks flying off steel sections being cut

02What we do

Five processesunder one roof.

01Services

Pick a process, or let us route the part

Most parts pass through three or four of these steps. Keeping them together is how we hold dates and paperwork.

Melting & casting

Induction melting from 50 kg to 12 t. Sand and investment castings in carbon, alloy and stainless grades.

02How an order runs

From drawing to dispatch in five steps

01

Drawing review

A metallurgist checks grade, tolerances and test requirements against what we can prove.

02

Melt route

We fix the charge, pour temperature and heat treatment before a single kilo is melted.

03

Production

Casting, forging, heat treatment and machining run on one schedule you can see weekly.

04

Testing

Chemistry, tensile, impact, hardness and UT in our own lab, witnessed on request.

05

Dispatch

Packed, marked with the heat number and shipped with the 3.1 certificate in the box.
