Welder at a steel fixture table

Welded to EN 1090 EXC3, coated in our own bay

Welded assemblies to EN 1090 EXC3 by coded welders, blasted and coated in our own 60 m bay.

Two 20 t cranes and a 60 m bay handle frames, girders, skids and pressure parts up to 40 t. Every weld is numbered, traced to a qualified welder and a WPS, and recorded on the weld map.

Blasting to SA 2½ and C4 or C5 coating systems are applied on site, so assemblies leave ready to install.
