01Ordering
Getting a quote and placing an order
A drawing or model, the material grade, quantity, required tests and the date you need parts on site. A photo of an existing part helps when we reverse-engineer.
Within two working days for standard parts. Complex assemblies can take up to five, and we tell you on day one if so.
No fixed minimum. Very small orders carry a setup charge that we show separately on the quote.
Yes. Most first orders start with a visit. Book through the contact page and we arrange a tour and a meeting with the engineer.
02Materials
Grades, standards and raw material
Carbon and low-alloy steels, stainless and duplex, Ni-hard and manganese steel. Ask about anything outside that list.
Yes. We supply to EN, ASTM, DIN and customer specifications, and dual-certify where the grades allow.
Often. Send the old specification or a sample and our metallurgists propose the closest current grade, then test it.
Sorted steel scrap from certified European suppliers, checked on arrival for radiation and chemistry.
03Quality & certificates
Testing, paperwork and inspection
An EN 10204 3.1 certificate as standard, signed by our lab. 3.2 certificates with third-party witnessing on request.
Spectrometry, tensile, impact down to −60 °C, hardness, ultrasonic, magnetic particle and dye penetrant testing.
At least ten years for every heat, furnace chart, test result and inspection report.
Yes. Book witness points when you order and we schedule them into the production plan.
04Delivery
Lead times, packing and shipping
Four to six weeks for prototypes and six to eight for batches. Framework customers call off from stock in about two weeks.
Yes. We ship to 38 countries and prepare export documents, packing lists and origin certificates in-house.
On heat-treated pallets or in crates to ISPM 15, with corrosion protection chosen for the transit time.
Framework customers can keep finished parts in our warehouse and call them off as needed.
