A component looks like a detail until the line stops. We hold the drawing, the tooling and the material, so the second batch matches the first.
Production14 CNC centres, 5-axis to 1,600 mm, two robot cells. We hold our own tooling, so a repeat order runs the same way it ran the first time.
CMM and optical inspection on every first article, and on a sampling plan after that. Full dimensional reports ship with the parts.
Stock held against call-off schedules. Kanban, consignment or scheduled delivery — whichever your line actually runs on.
We know what a stopped line costs. Our job is to make sure the part is on your dock before you need it.

Made to drawing
Bar or forging in, finished component out. Machined, inspected and shipped with its dimensional report.
Brought back to spec
Worn assemblies are stripped, measured against the original drawing and re-machined. Same tolerance, 40% of the cost.
Back to the melt
What cannot be saved is sorted by alloy, baled and returned to the mill. Nothing is landfilled.
